This wasn't at all what I expected to read. Its probably a good part of the reason i liked it so much. Most books you pick up..you can tell where its going to go and who ends up with who in the end. You dont get that with this story at all and it rocked.The characters were well developed. Felt for all of them in different ways though had a harder time identifying with Rick bit its not because he wasnt developed its just as a character its not someone id hang out with.Jake stood out for me the most because through the whole story he seemed so freakin real. Its a sign of a good writer when the characters dont seem out of this world or unbelieveable. i hate that kind of thing but this...he was definitely real and about more than just one solitary thing.this is a great book and if you take a chance on it...expect the unexpected. its amazing!
