Rating: ***** 5 Stars

Review:

The first book I ever read by Ryan Ringbloom was Flaw and that story was more adult even tho they were pretty young in it. This one is like goin back in time but I think I liked it even more than Flaw cause it was real.

When you spend your whole high school existence being a certain way, you see a lot. I wasn’t a nice guy and the people I hung out with weren’t nice either. We were the Josh characters. The girls were Ashleys.

I think what I liked most about this book was Ashley right from the start admitted what kind of person she was and made no excuses for it. Being that way made me like her instead of pulling a total guy move and calling her a slut or whatever. Half the chicks I went to school with couldn’t admit they were a certain way. Having this girl do it fuckin ruled seriously.

The back story with Patrick and Ash, I was into that. Added an interesting element to the story that I didn’t see coming. They definitely stole the story away from Robin and Kent here, tho I definitely liked seeing the idea of moving fast workin in their situation to.

I liked the 4 way POV. I sort of dig knowing what people are thinking when I’m reading about them. Patrick is my boy. Kent made me wanna beat the hell out of him at one point but because the way he was reactin was real to me, I got it and resisted lol.

This was Ryan’s debut book and it was pretty damn cool. This book moves so freaking “fast” I was speed reading through breaks at work in order to finish it. Not once did I feel bored. Another thing that made this book freakin great.

If you like Young Adult books or romance, you can’t miss out on this. It’s got a happy ending to and who doesn’t like those?
